Gaining experience – WOC 2025
Members of the Veszprém organizing committee gathered direct experience at the World Championships in Finland.
The goal was to study international organizing standards and best practices to create a world-class event in the Bakony region in 2027.
During the study tour, we had the opportunity to examine every detail of the event center’s operation, the technical solutions for live broadcasts, and the coordination of spectator zones and side events.
Staff members participated in numerous consultations with the Finnish organizers, gaining valuable experience ranging from field preparations to spectator services.
