WOC 2027

Accommodation

The following hotels have agreed to keep the indicated room capacities available for WOC 2027 participants until 30 April 2027. Booking requests should be sent directly to the hotels by e-mail. The hotels will provide an individual offer for each request.

Please include the promotional code WOC2027 in the booking e-mail, so that the hotels can identify requests related to WOC 2027.

After 30 April 2027, the hotels will release the remaining available capacities, so bookings after this date will only be possible subject to availability. We therefore recommend making reservations as early as possible.

The accommodation providers listed in the second part of the list are also recommended for participants. However, no room capacities have been reserved in advance at these properties. Bookings are only possible subject to current availability. To request individual rates, please also include the WOC2027 promotional code when contacting these accommodation providers.

Magister Dormitory

Magister Dormitory is located on the upper campus of the University of Pannonia in Veszprém. The four-storey building, accessible by stairs and elevator, offers accommodation for up to 800 guests.

Rooms are arranged in 2×2 living units, with two-bed rooms and shared facilities including a small kitchenette, bathroom and toilet. Guests have access to both wireless and wired broadband internet. The building also includes a canteen, a conference room for up to 200 people, study rooms, kitchens and laundry facilities, as well as parking areas for cars and bicycles.
