The host club, Veszpr\u00e9mi Honv\u00e9d SE, has appointed M\u00e1t\u00e9 Bereczki, the current head coach of the Hungarian junior national team, to lead the technical management of the World Championships.<\/p>\n
“I accepted the invitation from the Veszpr\u00e9m team with great pleasure, but at the same time, I know exactly that the World Championships can only be successful if a great team works together <\/em>– said M\u00e1t\u00e9 Bereczki. – In the coming months, I will also strive to establish the workflow and find the individuals who will guarantee productive results. Naturally, my priority this year remains the performance of the junior national team, but from next year onwards, I will focus on this new challenge.”<\/em><\/p>\n “I know the moment will come when organizing will fill almost 24 hours of my day, but I owe so much to orienteering\u2014lifelong friendships, my partner\u2014so I am starting this work with responsibility and motivation.
